C4’s Support Portal is a dedicated system with individual accounts for each C4 client. It has many advantages over submitting one-off requests.

The C4 Support Portal is included in all support packages at no cost. It is highly recommended. Advantages of the C4 Support Portal include:

  • Robust self-service options that let you create, update, and monitor the status of tickets in real-time
  • Real-time communication with C4 support personnel involved in cases
