C4’s new support portal is now live! C4 clients can visit the website support page to either sign up for the support portal, or request one-time support. Signing up for the portal provides a deeper level of control of your support issues, including web-based ticket submission, request monitoring, and real-time communication with support personnel.
Of course, you can always submit a one-time support request by filling out the online form. However, we highly recommend signing up for the portal for the most seamless support experience.
